Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with leadership or ownership experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing a veterinary clinic or similar business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
• Deep passion for animal care and welfare, with commitment to high standards of care.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in veterinary software and technology.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities
