Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and welcome patients into the hospital.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare for and assist with patient check-ins and discharges.
• Educate clients about treatments, services, and products.
• Keep exam rooms and lobby clean and welcoming.
• Support marketing efforts for in-lobby retail products.
• Assist with emergencies according to hospital protocols.
