Abqpetcarehospital is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support the smooth operation of the veterinary practice with a positive, proactive approach.

The successful candidate will coordinate client interactions, manage scheduling and billing, and communicate care instructions while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both via phone and in person; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Experience using multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage veterinary software systems to update records, process appointments, and handle billing.
• Communicate care instructions, vaccination schedules, and follow-ups to clients.
• Maintain front desk organization and perform administrative tasks.
• Multi-task in a multi-doctor practice and support team communication.
