Job summary

Vernon Hills Animal Hospital, part of Heartland Veterinary Partners, is seeking an attentive Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and support daily clinic operations. You will manage reception, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain records, and assist with client communications while collaborating with doctors and the care team.

Weekend availability is required; prior veterinary reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when interacting with doctors, teammates, clients and patients.
• Ability to coordinate actions with Doctors and staff and share feedback.
• Clear instructions to clients and teammates to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintains reception area and front desk with a welcoming demeanor.
• Processes payments and maintains client/patient records.
• Schedules clinic appointments and supports daily workflow.
• Communicates with clients and teams to ensure excellent experiences.
• Addresses client concerns calmly and professionally.
