Job summary

AmeriVet's Cornelius Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to warmly greet clients, manage calls and scheduling, and support the medical team. You’ll handle patient information, assist with billing, and encourage online appointment booking in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and basic tech skills. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in veterinary/healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with technology including scheduling software and online platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions, including payments and insurance claims.
• Provide clients with post-visit instructions and follow-up care details.
• Assist with daily reception duties and promote clinic services and online booking.
