Job description

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is currently seeking a new Client Service Supervisor to join our team!

The Client Service Supervisor (CSS) guides the daily activities of the Client Services Team (CST) under the direction of the Client Services Manager (CSM). Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between Client Services and other hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, especially in the absence of the CSM. The CSS ensures that services are seamless from start to finish of each client and patient visit.

As the Client Service Supervisor, you will:
  1. Allocate schedule distribution: approximately 80% client service coordinator (CSC) duties and 20% administrative tasks, depending on staffing needs.
  2. Guide the Client Service Team Leader in scheduling client service associates cost-effectively to meet or exceed client needs at each shift.
  3. Serve as an integral management team member, acting as the link between clients, patients, and caregivers, and providing feedback to co-managers on issues affecting client satisfaction.
  4. Communicate clearly with client service associates both individually and in groups to ensure understanding of new ideas, policies, and ongoing updates.
  5. Coach associates to proactively address client needs and handle escalated or stressful situations effectively.
  6. Plan and conduct regular team meetings.
  7. Seek continuous improvement in client service through ongoing training, input from team members, and feedback from doctors and management.
  8. Meet personally with clients to discuss concerns and questions about services.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
