Job summary

Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Rockville, MD is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to support clients and their pets during critical moments of care. You’ll assist with admissions, coordinate communications, and provide compassionate, organized service throughout treatment and discharge.

This Thrive Pet Healthcare role offers growth through ThriveU courses, live workshops, and a nationwide network of emergency and specialty hospitals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience required
  • Must have ability to work overnights, weekends and some holidays.
  • Superior/advanced interpersonal skills

Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Center is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Rockville, MD.

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing compassionate support to clients and their beloved companions during critical moments of care. Your life-changing work will range from welcoming clients and facilitating patient admissions, to delivering exceptional communication and support throughout the treatment and discharge process.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience required
  • Must have ability to to work overnights, weekends and some holidays.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $19 – $23 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
