Qualifications

• Some computer knowledge; comfortable with Word, keyboarding, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk interactions in a fast-paced clinic.
• Enter and update client and patient information into practice software.
• Answers telephones, relays messages, and handles inquiries professionally.
• Educate clients on preventive care and treatment options.
• Prepare client invoices and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and assist with routine tasks.
