Job summary

Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring a Veterinary Client Liaison to join our Clinical team. The role emphasizes client communication, care coordination, and building trusting relationships throughout patient treatment.

This is a full-time position with five 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges $25–$29/hour based on experience and clinical certification, with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, CE

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years veterinary experience required.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT or RVT) preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with hospitalized and specialty patients.
• Provide timely patient updates by phone, email, text, and other platforms.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, post-operative care, and discharge instructions.
• Translate complex medical information into clear language.
• Provide compassionate emotional support during treatment journeys.
• Coordinate communication between Emergency and Specialty Services.
• Assist with scheduling specialty appointments and prescription fulfillment.
• Document client communications in the medical record.
• Support departmental workflow and quality initiatives.
