The role requires handling in-person and phone inquiries, managing records, and assisting with financial paperwork in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

The position offers flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on compassionate client service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or client-facing roles.
• Veterinary or human medical experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with compassion and professionalism.
• Collect and enter accurate client and patient information.
• Assist clients with financial options and required paperwork.
• Answer and triage phone calls appropriately.
• Organize and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support pet owners through difficult decisions, including euthanasia services.
• Recognize emergency (STAT) cases and alert the medical team promptly.
