Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in the applicable state.
• Two years clinical experience required.
• 1-3 years coaching and developing associate doctors.
• Meets all required clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital and drive productivity while delivering high-quality medical care.
• Develop PDPs and coach the veterinary team to deliver priorities and metrics.
• Schedule management and adherence to Banfield guidelines for staff.
• Provide exceptional client service and communication about pet health and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all practices, policies and laws.
