The successful candidate will partner with the Medical Director and Practice Manager to optimize care standards, educate teams on wellness plans, and maintain Banfield brand excellence in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• 1–3 years coaching/developing associate doctors required.
• Meets clinical competencies and Banfield standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead hospital with 20–30% leadership duties and 70–80% clinician duties.
• Oversee staff coaching, training and performance.
• Ensure high-quality care, client service and medical operations.
• Develop annual planning, budgeting and productivity targets.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
