Job summary

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital - Mount Laurel seeks a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Cardiologist to deliver advanced cardiac care within a collaborative specialty team. The role emphasizes interventional procedures, diagnostic imaging, and client communication in a state-of-the-art referral setting.

You will work with cardiology, critical care, internal medicine, and surgery teams across Ethos Veterinary Health to provide exceptional patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and licensure eligibility required.
• Board Certification in Cardiology or residency training preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced interventional cardiology care for referral, emergency, and hospitalized patients.
• Perform and interpret echocardiograms, ECGs, Holter/telemetry for diagnosis and management.
• Collaborate with Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Surgery, Neurology, Radiology and Emergency teams.
• Participate in on-call duties for emergency echocardiograms and catheterization procedures.
• Coordinate with overnight ICU teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, telemetry and specialized ultrasound to support services.
• Build relationships with referring veterinarians through clear communication.
• Guide owners through diagnoses and treatment options with empathy.
• Access mentorship and professional development across the Ethos network.
• Contribute to innovation, teamwork and advancement of specialty medicine.
