SAGE Veterinary Center in San Francisco is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join our outstanding ER and Specialty Team! Our team includes specialists in interventional cardiology, oncology, and surgery; a part-time radiologist on site five mornings a week; a boarded internist for on-call endoscopy; an experienced ER team including multiple surgery-internship trained emergency doctors and the regional SAGE anesthesiology group available for on-call and in-hospital support. Our support staff includes a highly trained team of RVTs, including a VTS in ECC, as well as a specialty-specific CSR for each service. Our hospital features a fully equipped ICU, three modern surgical suites with minimally invasive surgery capabilities, a C-arm, an EEG/EMG unit, and on-site CT and GE Signa 1.5T MRI.

The hospital is located in the Mission District, a vibrant neighborhood with residential, workplace, dining, and retail spaces. It's within walking distance from Mission Dolores Park, a popular spot for residents and pets. We collaborate closely with pet boarding facilities, a busy primary care and shelter practice, a senior dog rescue, and the animal care and control department. The city offers abundant recreational activities like biking, hiking, surfing, and is within day-trip distance to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Napa/Sonoma, and the California coast.
