Position description

The University of California, San Francisco, Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is growing its clinical and research programs. We are seeking a non-invasive academic cardiologist with expertise in infectious complications of cardiovascular disease and research in vulnerable populations. The candidate must be a board-certified/board-eligible (or equivalent) Cardiologist. The ideal candidate must demonstrate experience in a variety of clinical disciplines in Cardiology. Applicants must hold a MD, MD/PhD, or MD/MPH degree(s) and be qualified for an appointment in the In-Residence series.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $121,100-$189,500. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
