As one of the region's first true specialty hospitals, we've built a strong reputation in emergency medicine and are actively expanding our specialty offerings. With the recent addition of a Criticalist and plans to continue growing our specialty team, this is a unique opportunity to build a Cardiology service with the support, autonomy, and collaboration needed for long-term success.

  • Established 24/7 emergency hospital with a strong referral network throughout New Mexico and surrounding states
  • Collaborative environment with growing specialty support, including Critical Care and future Internal Medicine and Surgery services
  • Freedom to help shape equipment purchases, workflows, scheduling, and service growth
  • Fully integrated with Ethos Veterinary Health and ERI (ER Immerse Program), supporting mentorship, externships, continuing education, and professional development
  • Flexible opportunities including full-time or part-time arrangements

  • Culture Ambassador Program (Ethos) led by non-leadership team members focused on wellness, resiliency, and sustainable work habits
  • Quarterly wellness initiatives and an in-house wellness program that rewards the entire team for prioritizing well-being
