Job summary

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Call Center Operator to deliver high-quality customer service for pets, owners and hospital staff. You will handle a multi-line phone system, transfer calls, assist in emergencies and guide clients to network hospitals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least ONE YEAR of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred
• At least ONE YEAR of successful Hospitality Industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
