Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic veterinary skills (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as part of the medical team.
• Serve as the go-to support for the medical team to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and clear communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean hospital environment and assist with upkeep and equipment maintenance.
