Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to support clients and patients across all aspects of hospital care. This full-time role features a 4/10 schedule (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) with hourly compensation of $15–$18 and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Friendly, compassionate veterinary assistant with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist with patient care, client communication, and outpatient procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment and maintaining professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room and outpatient flow.
• Provide safe, gentle handling and restraint of patients.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas for appointments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately.
• Build positive client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service.
• Keep exam rooms and procedural spaces clean, organized, and fully prepared.
