Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in surgical assistance, anesthesia, and dentistry.
• Contribute to hospital day-to-day operations.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and pet care.
• Assist with reception duties: phone, appointments, patient intake/discharge.
• Maintain accurate medical records and hospital supplies.
• Advocate for hospital performance and success.
• Provide professional, empathetic client interactions.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies.
