TOPS Veterinary Rehab is looking for a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant excited to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

As a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating therapy treatments to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Effective animal-handling skills required.Obedience or animal handling training is a plus
Be passionate about what you do
Bewilling to communicate effectively
Compassionately care for our client and their pets
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, crouch for long periods of time and lift and/or carry animals of various sizes
Flexible availability including, evenings and Saturdays
Preferred: Certification or eligible for certification in Veterinary Rehabilitation or experience in veterinary rehabilitation. We are willing to train a candidate with a strong foundation who is driven to grow and develop more technical skills
