• NAVTA-certified veterinary assistant program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure the safety of pets, clients and staff.
• Maintain patient flow and assist with procedures.
• Communicate with veterinarians and vet techs.
• Adhere to hospital standards to keep areas clean and safe.
• Educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans.
