Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians in daily tasks to support patient care.
• Ensure the safety of pets, clients and associates during procedures and hospital rounds.
• Support continuity of high-quality veterinary care through accurate documentation and client education.
