Job summary

Qualifications
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage client information, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Comfort with computer systems and medical software used in clinics.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians and technicians to ensure high-quality pet care.
- Educate clients on pet health, wellness plans, and hospital services.
- Obtain histories and maintain complete medical charts.
- Monitor hospitalized or post-surgical pets as allowed by state practice acts.
- Maintain clean, sterile treatment areas and ensure safety for pets, clients, and staff.
- Support surgical procedures as applicable and mentor paraprofessionals.
