Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and restrain patients using Fear Free techniques.
• Assist in taking diagnostic radiographs as needed.
• Perform TPRs and obtain patient history.
• Assist in collection and processing of lab samples.
• Fill prescriptions and support outpatient care.
• Assist with client communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospital.
• Clean kennels, restock, walk patients in hospital for care, and other duties.
• Collaborate with team to support smooth hospital flow.
• Assist technicians and DVMs as needed.
