And the way we consistently approach our work with both passion and compassion is by using our core set of values to guide us every day, every time. Our core values aren't just a blurb in a company handbook. These values are at the heart of who we are and what we do, and we are proud to live by them every day.

Our Culture

At Andover Animal Hospital, we believe the best way to provide compassionate, quality care to pets is to put relationships with our clients, patients, Team Members, and community at the heart of everything we do.

We're a close-knit group of experienced veterinary professionals who pride ourselves on our ability to offer mentorship, support, a collaborative workplace, excellent communication, patient care, and client education skills. In addition to caring for pets, we also care for each other. Through day-to-day interactions and organized team-building activities, we create an environment where personal health and well-being are important and everyone matters.

We offer a complete benefits package, including free uniforms annually, generous personal pet discounts, six paid holidays, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401K match. Oh, and we like to have fun!
