VCA Aurora Animal Hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine Veterinary Assistant to support our Internists and care for hospitalized and outpatient patients. You will help with diagnostics, treatment prep, and documentation in a collaborative, compassionate environment.
The role requires 1+ year veterinary assistant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting while communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Internal Medicine specialists are often considered the puzzle solvers of Veterinary Medicine. VCA Aurora’s Internal Medicine service is equipped to deal with whatever problem a patient brings—no matter how common or rare, or how simple or complex. Our Internal Medicine service diagnoses and treats the many serious diseases that can affect our patients' internal body systems. The responsibilities of our Internal Medicine Veterinary Assistants include supporting the Internists and contributing to a collaborative environment to deliver thorough patient care. Our support staff are a vital reason we can help patients feel better and why pet parents feel a little more at ease because their family members are being cared for with great medicine and warm hearts.

Compensation $17.00 – $23.00/hour Pay range is negotiable based on experience, education, skills, and credentials.
