Qualifications

• Ability to perform NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians; ensure safety of pets and clients.
• Maintain flow of patients and communicate with veterinarians and vet techs.
• Set up procedures and perform tasks as delegated by the veterinary team.
• Adhere to hospital standards to keep areas clean and safe.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Mentor other hospital team members.
