Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of experience in veterinary industry.
• Proficiency in anesthesia, surgical assistance, and dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure pet well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical charting and patient records.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and pet care.
• Assist with reception tasks: phone, appointments, intake and discharge.
• Handle hospital supplies and inventory management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
