Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in the veterinary industry.
• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in surgery, dentistry, and lab work.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and educate clients on wellness plans.
• Manage reception duties: phone calls, scheduling, patient intake and discharge.
• Ensure shift-end duties are completed and uphold hospital standards.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety policies.
