As a Veterinary Assistant/Front Desk at Parker & Ace, you'll wear two essential hats, providing vital support to our veterinarians and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their furry companions. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare examination rooms and assist with surgical preparations.
  • Handle and restrain animals gently and with care.
  • Administer medications and treatments under veterinary supervision.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and assist with diagnostics.

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment book.
  • Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Escort clients and their pets to examination rooms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Educate clients on basic care and medication administration.
