The role emphasizes adaptability, independent work, and collaboration with specialists and emergency services to broaden nursing skills while delivering compassionate care to pets and their families. Full-time openings include two schedules: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, with 8am–6pm shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as veterinary assistant in a hospital.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs.
• Experience with multiple patient species including exotics is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a veterinary assistant in a veterinary hospital
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing departmental needs.
• Experience handling a variety of patient species, including exotics, is a plus.
• Basic computer and medical terminology knowledge required.
• CVA (Certified Veterinary Assistant) preferred
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
