Qualifications

• NAVTA-approved Veterinary Assistant program or equivalent
• Must be 18+ to perform radiography-related duties
• One year related experience preferred with customer service
• Fluent English communication and strong written skills

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure quality care
• Educate clients on pet health and preventive care
• Maintain clean, safe hospital environment and proper medical charts
• Assist with procedures and monitor hospitalized or surgical pets as allowed by state Acts
• Mentor paraprofessionals in the hospital
