The Southside Veterinary Clinic in Bixby, OK is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and technicians with patient care, exams, and surgical procedures. • Previous veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with patient care and surgery.
• Take histories, vitals, and weights in outpatient exams.
• Prepare patients for surgery and monitor vitals.
• Collect samples and perform in-house lab testing.
• Capture radiographs following safety procedures.
• Handle and restrain animals during exams.
