Job summary

VCA Bay Park Animal Hospital in San Diego, CA, is seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. You will support doctors and technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic.

Compensation is $18–$25 per hour with a 5x8-hour schedule, including 2–3 Saturdays per month and Sundays off. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, sick days, and pet care discounts.

• Experience assisting veterinary teams and supporting client communication.
• Ability to assist with routine procedures under supervision.
