Job summary

VCA Bay Park Animal Hospital in San Diego, CA, is seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. You will support doctors and technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic.

Compensation is $18–$25 per hour with a 5x8-hour schedule, including 2–3 Saturdays per month and Sundays off. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, sick days, and pet care discounts.

We are seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Assistant (VA) to join our team at VCA Bay Park Animal Hospital. Our hospital is proud of its strong culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support—where helping one another is part of our everyday commitment to providing exceptional care to both our clients and their pets.

Location: 3024 Hancock St, San Diego, CA 92110

Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Schedule: 5x8-hour work week, with 2-3 Saturdays per month. Closed Sunday
8:30 am - 5 pm
