Beaumont Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join their surgery team. This full-time role involves assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring high standards of patient care. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of veterinary experience and proficiency in key skills such as anesthesia and dental procedures.
Beaumont Animal Clinic seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our surgery team! Our support team are pivotal in delivering exceptional care during surgical and dental procedures. They are responsible for coordinating and executing precise treatment plans, preparing animals for surgery, assisting in the OR, and performing dental procedures.
In this role, you will maintain detailed surgical records, review and implement treatment plans, and address client questions regarding their pet’s care. You will also work closely with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while maintaining an efficient workflow to keep procedures on schedule. This role is ideal for detail-oriented Veterinary Assistants who excel in multi-tasking and want to fully utilize their skillset.
This is a full-time role comprised of 4-10s and rotating weekend coverage.

We strive to be a comprehensive care facility and Dr. Kurt Beaumont (and his father and uncle before him!) have spent many years cultivating relationships in our community. We exclusively see small animals and our services are designed to promote preventative care and early detection/treatment. Our practice is well-equipped, and our schedule is primarily composed of wellness checks, surgery, and dentistry. In addition, we provide pet lodging, diagnostic and therapeutic services, ECG, dietary consultations, and more. We have multiple CVTs between our 3 hospitals who are happily utilized, and we are proud to have many long-term members on our team.
