Are you a passionate, experienced Veterinary Assistant looking for a supportive, fun, and team-focused workplace? Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is a 4-doctor, AAHA-accredited practice seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our close-knit, compassionate team.

Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, every other Saturday
(Includes ½ day off during the week and extended hours on Monday/Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm)
Hours: 32–34 hours per week
Compensation: $15–$17/hour, based on experience
Supportive leadership: Open-door policy, psychological safety, and encouragement to grow
Continuing education: Opportunities to learn and develop new skills
Modern tools: Rhapsody software, in-house lab equipment (Zoetis, Idexx), and cutting-edge tech like the Zoetis Imagyst AI cytology reader
Experience in a veterinary assistant role
Proficiency in:
Venipuncture
IV catheter placement
Patient restraint
Assisting with radiographs
Drawing up and administering vaccines
A positive, team-first attitude

Full-time team members will be awarded additional PTO based on their years of service.
Holiday Pay 48 hours to apply towards 6 recognized holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)
*The holiday PTO hours can be used at the team member’s discretion to cover the actual holiday as observed by the hospital or other absences with approval from their Manager.
