You will support the veterinarian during outpatient care and help maintain an efficient exam room workflow. A flexible Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays is available, with full-time benefits.

• 1+ years of veterinary assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in patient restraint, vitals, client communication, and medical scribing.

Pet Vet Hospital and Wellness Center is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing assistants with a strong background in patient care and handling, who thrive on building meaningful connections with clients and their pets.

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow.
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records.
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity.
• Support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.

This position is ideal for team members who excel in client engagement and schedule management while delivering exceptional care and communication.

This is a flexible position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

• Compensation: $18-21 per hour, for each hour worked*
• Bonus package: $500 for those with 3+ years of consecutive, current experience

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1+ years of veterinary assistant experience in a clinical setting
