Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team!

In this role you will perform a variety of duties that support and assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians/nurses, allowing those team members to focus on client experience and patient care all while working in a state of the art facility!

Shifts available: Swing or Overnight

Our ideal candidate:

• 1yr + veterinary assisting required or concurrent vet tech schooling
• Is self-motivated
• Is proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, digital radiography
• Can Assist with anesthetic procedures as needed
• Is an excellent communicator
• Is a strong team player
• Is able to work well in a fast paced environment
• Has a strong animal care background
