Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support and assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians/nurses, allowing those team members to focus on client experience and patient care, all while working in a state-of-the-art facility!

Shifts available: Swing or Overnight

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 1 year of veterinary assisting experience required or concurrent veterinary tech schooling
• Self-motivated
• Proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, digital radiography
• Assist with anesthetic procedures as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong animal care background
