Job summary

Newport Veterinary Hospital in Rock Hill, SC is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure each animal receives the best possible care during their stay with us. You will help ensure our patients receive the best possible care during their stay with us, with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Salary:$18.00-$20.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule: This is a full-time position consisting of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, with one weekday off each week. Saturdays are rotated from 7:30 AM-12:00 PM. If you are scheduled to work on a Saturday, you will receive an additional weekday off in addition to your regular day off.

About Newport Veterinary Hospital

Newport Veterinary Hospital has served pets and their families in Rock Hill, York County, and the surrounding communities since 1987. What began as a one-doctor clinic in a small modular building is now a two-doctor practice in a 5,000 square foot hospital - grown steadily while keeping the same commitment to affordable, high-quality medicine for cats and dogs of every age.
