Job summary

Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital in Frederick, MD, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will support outpatient treatments, assist with laboratory tests, and help admit and discharge patients, delivering high-quality care for every pet.

You should have at least 2 years of clinical veterinary experience, including surgical or dental procedures, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and a positive, self-motivated

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $19 - $21 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
