The Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be a valued member of our clinical team, supporting our veterinarians and technicians in providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations and procedures
Restrain and handle animals safely during exams and treatments
Clean and maintain treatment areas, kennels, and equipment
Prepare patients for surgery and recovery
Provide compassionate care to all patients
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain detailed medical records

Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in animal handling and restraint techniques
Familiarity with veterinary terminology and basic procedures
Passion for animal care and client education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
