As a Veterinary Account Manager, you're the one person at Roo your vets know by name: the first call when something's wrong, the advocate in the room when decisions affect them, and the reason they keep choosing Roo. You'll spot risks before they become churn and directly grow the revenue line the company watches most.
The role blends genuine relationship building with a data-informed operating rhythm. You'll work from booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to know each vet's story, catch changes early, and decide where your week goes. You'll also represent Roo in person through vet events, community programming, and conference presence.
Travel Requirement: Expect regular but predictable travel, quarterly vet dinners, occasional regional CE events, and one to two national conferences per year.
While we are a remote first company, if you are based in San Francisco this will be a hybrid role.

Tier 1 Pay Range (examples: San Francisco, NYC): $97,000 USD - $127,000 USD
Tier 2 Pay Range (examples: LA, Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Chicago): $88,000 USD - $115,000 USD
Tier 3 Pay Range (examples: Austin, Dallas, Portland, Denver, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Sacramento): $85,000 USD - $110,000 USD
Tier 4 Pay Range (examples: Minneapolis, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City): $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD
Tier 5 Pay Range (examples: Madison, Birmingham, San Antonio, Spokane, Toronto): $75,000 USD - $95,000 USD
