PriorityPet Urgent Care is seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost!

We will provide a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver world-class medicine. Location is completely flexible—tell us where you want to build and we will provide full support to make it happen.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the ability to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

• Lead a veterinary team and promote a positive clinic culture in alignment with core values.
• Provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so.
• Oversee medical autonomy while business support handles operations.

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
