Alliance Animal Health seeks entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner as Medical Directors in a practice built with the support of a national network. Ownership/equity is offered with no out‑of‑pocket cost. A brand-new building and state‑of‑the‑art equipment enable world‑class medicine.

Location is completely flexible—tell us where you want to build and we’ll provide full support. We emphasize medical autonomy, leadership development and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of Veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical direction across a new practice and mentor veterinarians to uphold Alliance Animal Health’s standards.
• Promote a positive clinic culture and deliver high-quality veterinary medicine with clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
