Home Veterinary Services in Trumbull, CT is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal hospital. You will mentor a growing team, ensure outstanding medical quality, and shape client experiences while guiding clinical strategy.

This role offers participation in the Partner Track Ownership Program, meaningful ownership potential without upfront costs, and the chance to influence our hospital’s culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license required; ability to obtain if needed.
• DEA license preferred but not required.
• USDA accreditation preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.

• Lead hospital operations and clinical quality assurance as Medical Director.

Job Description

As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, financial oversight of the practice in partnership with Regional Manager. This role is integral to the success of our hospital, and we are excited to have you bring your expertise and leadership to our team.

Salary is customized per each individual candidate. Ideal salary range will also include sign on bonus and benefits plus other incentives. A base salary range might include $100,000 to $160,000 depending on a part-time or full-time schedule as well as production bonus incentives.
