Home Veterinary Services is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal practice in Trumbull, CT. You will serve as the pivotal leader of the hospital, overseeing medical quality, staff development, client relations, and financial oversight in partnership with the Regional Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to participate in the Partner Track Ownership Program, allowing you to build equity while continuing to practice medicine.

Competenze

• Active veterinary state license required or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• USDA accreditation preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead hospital operations and medical quality assurance.
• Oversee staff development and team mentoring.
• Manage client relations and service excellence.
• Oversee financials in partnership with Regional Manager.
