Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA license preferred but not required.
• USDA accreditation preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations as Medical Director.
• Mentor and develop clinical and support staff.
• Maintain medical quality assurance and client service standards.
• Oversee financial performance in partnership with Regional Manager.
• Pursue ownership opportunities through Partner Track Ownership Program.
